By booking with Dayglow Hair, salon policies are implemented to ensure all Glow Babes receive the glowiest day.

Before you book your next appointment, let's look over a few policies to ensure your experience is nothing short of amazing. 

Deposit Policy:
     Prior to your appointment, a credit card is required to book with a $25 deposit fee. This time is set aside just for you! This will later be deducted from the service.


Cancellation/ No Show:
     I get it- life happens! Reach out to me if you're needing to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a No Show will incur a charge of the $25 deposit fee for the initial service.


Latecomer: 
     If you are over 25 minutes late for your appointment, I may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.
     Remember, communication is key! If I don't hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a No Show and your card will be charged for the $25 deposit fee of the service scheduled. 

PRIVACY:
Under lock & key- information collected from my booking page or website is used to improve your service and send important marketing communications. Your information is never sold or shared & is always kept private for your protection. 

HEALTH & SAFETY:
     The safety of clients and stylists at the salon is top priority. As such, Dayglow Hair reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if felt that they pose a health or safety risk. This includes but is not limited to lice, skin infections, open wounds, contagious illness (such as new, continuous cough or a fever), or rude/ obnoxious behavior. 

PET POLICY: 
As much as we love our hype crew, the salon is not pet friendly. City & state health regulations, clients with allergies, and different chemicals/ aromas - not a great environment for pets. But, please show me all the photos!

ADJUSTMENTS:
My passion is for each client to love their results & feel confident with their hair. If you're not vibing with the finished look, please notify me within 3 days after your appointment. We'll correct any problems max 2 weeks for your hair goals in a reschedule at no additional charge.

Please note that complimentary adjustments cannot be granted if you would like something different from our initial consultation.
